Its been a while

I havent been sticking to the menu planning thing I was doing. I just pick the recipes out and winged from there. I also havent been sticking to my diet or exercising. I feel super bad about it but I just dont have any motivation whats so ever to do anything about it. I just feel defeated and I am tired of not feeling appreciated for the stuff I do. The updates on the girls are about the same as the last time I updated. Until then...

  1. Oh Pam, I am so happy I can find the time to "write" today. I know what it is like to not feel appreciated- I truly believe everyone can admit feeling this way. It is so hard not to let our emotions affect our energy, dedication and power to accomplish our goals. I believe in you and I know that you can stick to your exercise, diet, menu and responsibilities. I will be praying that you can find the strength and appreciation you need.
